This is just a little bit about me. :) I am a wife and a mom of two very active boys. I have worked with animals and at a fossil site. I have volunteered with a raptor program and am now volunteering with the local zoo in their bird dept. I guess you could say I'm a bird brain. ;)
I started this blog originally as an outlet to post about our adventures with being parents. I unfortunately didn't get very far with it. Now with a little direction from a great friend and the book tours, I believe this blog can be what I had originally planned.

Ha! Yes I absolutely love working with animals! It was great the incorporation of the wildlife in your book. I loved it!
The bit where Bunky shot himself in the foot was hysterical and awful all at the same time. I had a friend way back who shot himself in the foot too. It was just a BB gun so not quite so bad. :)
