This is a very quick book. It is also unlike anything else I have ever read. If you are looking for something to help you start a journey of self-healing or self-awareness, this would be a good book with which to begin.
I will say I was a bit skeptical to begin with. I was not at all sure this would pertain to me or help me in any fashion. I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed reading this book and will more than likely try some of the techniques the author shares for raising my awareness of myself.
The author is most encouraging about wanting the reader to be able to use her suggestions. I believe we would all do well to really pay attention to how and what we are thinking. I know from now on I will be working on how I speak to myself, give myself a little more grace to be human. We are all connected!
