Gold-plated HDMI cables - Review

The Solid Cordz 6 ft High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet (28 AWG) provides an interface between any audio/video source, such as set-top boxes, Blu-ray Disc players, DVD players, video game consoles, AV receivers and an audio and/or video monitor, such as digital television or plasma monitor, over a single cable.
These High Speed HDMI cables have been designed to meet the performance standards set by HDMI 1.4 and have passed stringent Category 2 testing. They are backward compatible to all previous versions.

The major enhancements introduced in the HDMI 1.4 specification:
• HDMI® Ethernet Channel
• Audio Return Channel
• 4K Resolution Support

Review:
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

These HDMI cables are the best.  The cable we had for our Blu-ray player was sketchy.  It would randomly decide to not work.  So the typical unplug and plug it back in would happen, then it would work again for a while.  That has not been the case with these gold-plated HDMI cables.

For a while now we've been meaning to get new cables for our Blu-ray and DVD players.  These new cables have not let us down.  We plugged them in and off we went.  No problems.  And you get two in the package which rocks.  Don't waste your money buying a lesser quality product because in the end you'll be spending more money to keep replacing them.  These gold-plated cables are heavy duty cables.  I would certainly recommend them to everyone who has electronics in their home.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
