Treasure Trax - Game Review

I received this game for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

What a fun game is this!  My boys couldn't wait to get it out of the box.  They both had a great time hunting for the cards.  It is set up like a treasure hunt or scavenger hunt.

There are place cards, e.g. backpack, sofa, chair, etc., descriptor cards, e.g. colors or letters, and animal cards.  You start at a place, find a place card, run to the next place, find a descriptor card, and the kids have to figure out what that card is pointing them to.  Say they find the color brown card, they have to figure out what is brown nearby in which the next place card and an animal card are hidden.   Like the something brown could be a bear or toy or something along those lines.  Then they run to the next place.

This game gets the kids up and active and thinking.  It can also be played outside as there are outside place cards like the mailbox.  And there is a cute little bad to carry all the cards in, so no trying to keep the stack in their little hands.

If you're looking for something to do with your kids this summer, then I would certainly recommend this game.  It's very engaging and lots of fun!  Treasure Trax is recommended for ages 3-5 and retails at $19.95.  Have fun!!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
