Review:

I received this book for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

This is a very cute children's book.  I enjoyed reading it and so did my kids.  I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Sunny Bee is a great friend.  Reading through his adventure to be helpful for his friend teaches several good lessons.  It's a story about true friendship, not giving up even when it seems hopeless, and keeping faith.

It's not easy to keep trying when others don't understand and sneer or even laugh at you.  Sunny Bee does just that because of his love for his friend Myah the sunflower.  At the end of the story, even those who laughed realized they were wrong and should have lent a helping hand.  And because Sunny didn't give up and showed everyone he wouldn't, he received just what he asked for.

I would recommend this book to anyone with young kids, especially those just starting school.  Help them know it's okay to ask for what they want.  If they don't get it the first time around, don't give up.  Always keep trying like Sunny Bee!
