I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I will admit I have problems getting to sleep. And many times staying asleep is a problem too. I thought this might be something different that would work.
I tried it three different nights and took three capsules each time. As it says on the label take it 30 minutes before bed. I did that, but on at least one of those nights stayed up out of bed for longer than 30 minutes after taking the capsules. The night I remember getting into bed within the 30 minutes I did fall right to sleep. It took a bit longer than I expected when I stayed up longer. I also didn't realize there is ginseng in the formula. I am sensitive to ginseng so I did feel a bit jittery.
I did wake up at least once during the night each of the three nights I took this. I have kids, it's gonna happen. I was able to get right back to sleep after though. I also did wake up easily. I have not been able to easily wake up with other sleep aids I have used. I like that the formula for this sleep aid is more naturally based as opposed to other OTC sleep aids that are all chemical. For me, I think that helped a great deal with the waking up easily in the mornings.
I would certainly recommend this product to those with sleep or lack of sleep issues. It works well for the occasional bought of sleeplessness. If you're like me and are sensitive to ginseng, make sure to get on to bed within that first 30 minutes after taking the capsules.
